A LITTLE goes a long way - apply a thin layer to face and body in a circular motion.
No need for mitts or gloves just apply like a cream with your hands and then wash hands thoroughly after application.
Wait a few minutes before dressing.
Like most other tans just avoid eyebrows, the delicate eye area, hairline, and lips. Do not use the product on a daily basis. Read the directions of use carefully and keep out of reach of children.
